Secure, air conditioned comfort next to Termini Station
Short walk to Termini Station, comfortable bed, AC worked well in the middle of a heatwave. Had a mini fridge, electric kettle and coffee mugs (but no tea bags or instant coffee), a small safe and TV (but didn’t end up watching it). Thick curtains kept the room very dark at night. Location just at edge of tourist area. Lift available (room was on the 5th floor). Felt safe staying there as a solo traveler.
Water pressure was all over the place. There was only one time that I showered when it was good pressure; another time it went from gushing to a trickle, mostly it was fairly weak. Early morning there was some muffled traffic noise (sounded like a tram - there are rail tracks on the street just below the room I stayed in) that I could hear. I think I was jet lagged and already half awake and so the noise woke me up; if I was wearing earplugs it probably wouldn’t have bothered me.

We were greeted with a coffee and Lindt ball. Staff were helpful in every way. Great location. Clean. Powerful shower. Great price.
It was perfect for the price we paid. The room has just enough space. There is a lift, however, if someone on another floor doesn’t shut the door of the lift you may have to walk up 5 flights of stairs .

Wonderful
The location is excellent, very close to the Termini station. Even though the windows were facing the street with trams, we didn't hear anything, it was very quiet. Stayed just 1 night but the room had all we needed. Also the staff were really friendly and let us leave the luggages at the reception after check out.
Elevator is very tiny but not the accommodation fault, it's standard in Rome/Italy - just so you're aware.
